Extension of Security of Tenure Act, 1997 (Act No. 62 of 1997)

A notice to an occupier, municipality, or head of a provincial office of the Department of Land Affairs in terms of section 9(2)(d) of the Act must be completed on Form E or F or msut [sic] conform substantially to Form E or F in the Annexure, as the case may be.
