| (a) | physical abuse; |
| (b) | sexual abuse; or |
| (c) | emotional, verbal and psychological abuse, |
and includes any other abusive behaviour involving persons who are or have been in an intimate relationship or who are family members, regardless of gender or sexual orientation;
