12. Institution of legal proceedings before the Enforcement Committee

(1) The FPB may institute proceedings before the Enforcement Committee, as contemplated in section 6B (1)(b) of the Act, in its own name, or on behalf of a person or a group or class of persons at any stage after a complaint contemplated in clause 3 of these Procedures is received.
