11. Application for classification of exempted films

An application for the classification of a film which has been exempted in terms of section 22 or 23 of the Act shall, if it is intended for general distribution or exhibition, be made on Form BOARD/RC/P, attached as Annexure "D", or submitted through the BOS system to the Board, and accompanied by the prescribed fee.
