| (1) | If a publication is a magazine or newspaper classified as "X18", it must be distributed in a wrapper, which is marked "X18" and, except for a newspaper contemplated in section 16(1) and (2), the certificate of classification must be conspicuously displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the magazine cover. |
| (2) | If a publication is a book which is classified as "X18", the conditions of display of the certificate of classification shall be imposed by the classification committee. |
