1. Definitions

(a)In these regulations, any word or phrase to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act or Regulations, shall have that meaning and, unless the context indicates otherwise—

 

"the Act"

means the Films and Publications Act, 1996 (Act No. 65 of 1996);

 

"the Regulations"

means any Regulations made in terms of the Act.
