21. Unauthorised expenditure of own resources

(1)Any unauthorised expenditure of funds derived from Parliament's own resources, including donor funds, that Parliament approves becomes a charge against Parliament’s own funds.

 

(2)Any unauthorised expenditure of funds derived from Parliament's own resources, including donor funds, that Parliament does not approve must be recovered from the person responsible for the unauthorised expenditure.
