35. Appointment of Judicial Manager and Liquidator

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Companies Act, 1973, as applied by sections 32, 33 and 34, a judicial manager or liquidator in respect of a financial exchange shall be appointed by the Master of the Supreme Court after consultation with the Registrar.
