13. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act is called the Financial Sector and Deposit Insurance Levies Act, 2022, and comes into effect on a date determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.

 

(2) Different dates may be determined by the Minister in respect of the coming into effect of different provisions of this Act.
