"financial sector law"

means—

(a)

this Act;

(b)	a law listed in Schedule 1;

(c)	a Regulation made in terms of this Act or made in terms of a law referred to in Schedule 1; or

(d)	a regulatory instrument made in terms of this Act or made in terms of a law referred to in Schedule 1;
