17. Levy on exchanges

(1)The levy, in respect of the JSE Limited, an exchange licensed in terms of section 9 of the Financial Markets Act, is an amount of R17 359 620 and must be paid not later than 30 September of the levy year.

 

(2)The levy, in respect of each exchange licensed in terms of section 9 of the Financial Markets Act, except the JSE Limited, is an amount of R578 654 payable within 30 days of a levy invoice raised on the exchange.
