61. Conditions imposed on gunsmith
Purchase
The
Minister
may prescribe—
(a)
conditions in respect of the issue of a
gunsmith
’s licence which the
Registrar
may impose on a licensed gunsmith; and
(b)
specifications in respect of the business premises of a gunsmith.
