15. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act is called the Foreign Service Act, 2019, and comes into operation on a date determined by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.

 

(2) The date of coming into force and effect of section 4(3) shall be determined by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.
