16. Membership of minors

If the rules of a registered society so provide, a minor may be a member, and any such member may, by himself if he has attained the age of sixteen years, or by his parent or guardian if he is under that age, execute all necessary documents and give all necessary acquittances, but he shall not manage the affairs or be the principal officer of such society.
