Chapter IV : Documents to be Deposited with Authority

28. Authority  may require additional particulars in case of certain applications and returns

(1)If the Authority is of opinion that —
(a)any application for registration of a society or of an alteration or rescission of rules or of an additional rule; or
(b)any return or scheme relating to the financial condition of a society,

does not disclose sufficient information to enable him to make the necessary decision, the person concerned shall furnish such additional particulars as the Authority  may deem necessary.

 

(2)If the Authority  is of opinion that a certificate or special report by a valuator or by the auditor of a society is necessary in regard to any matter set out in subsection (1), the person concerned shall furnish such certificate or report as the Authority  may require.
