(1) | If the Authority is of opinion that — |
(a) | any application for registration of a society or of an alteration or rescission of rules or of an additional rule; or |
(b) | any return or scheme relating to the financial condition of a society, |
does not disclose sufficient information to enable him to make the necessary decision, the person concerned shall furnish such additional particulars as the Authority may deem necessary.
(2) | If the Authority is of opinion that a certificate or special report by a valuator or by the auditor of a society is necessary in regard to any matter set out in subsection (1), the person concerned shall furnish such certificate or report as the Authority may require. |
