Chapter 3 : Registration

15. Return of registration certificate

(1)Any person whose registration has been cancelled must return his or her certificate of registration to the Registrar within 30 days from the date upon which he or she is directed by the Registrar in writing to do so.

 

(2)If the person cannot return the certificate as required, he or she must, by way of an affidavit, provide satisfactory reasons for the inability to return the certificate.
