Alternative Substance Identification numbers and emergency action codes for certain substances.

Where any of the substances reflected in column 1 below are being conveyed, the substance identification number and emergency action code corresponding thereto in columns 2 and 3 respectively may be used as an alternative to those reflected in Part I of this Annexure.
