Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974)

In these regulations "the Act" means the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), and any expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act bears that meaning unless the context otherwise indicates:

"speech -language therapist"

means a person who is registered as such under the Act;

"speech-language therapy" means the profession of a person who is registered as a speech-language therapist under the Act;
