(1)A student is subject to the disciplinary rules and procedures applied by the appropriate disciplinary bodies contemplated in paragraph 73 in accordance with the statute and the rules.

 

(2) The vice-chancellor must at least once a year submit a report to the senate and the council on the disciplinary measures taken against students.
