13. Abolition of National Housing Board

The National Housing Board (in this Part referred to as the "former Board") established by section 2 of the Housing Arrangements Act, 1993 (Act No. 155 of 1993), is, subject to sections 8(10), 12(3), 14 and 15, hereby abolished.
