Human Sciences Research Council Act, 2008 (Act No. 17 of 2008)

The Associated Institutions Pension Fund Act, 1963 (Act No. 41 of 1963), is hereby amended by the substitution in section 1 for paragraph (a) of the definition of "associated institution" of the following paragraph:

"(a) the Human Sciences Research Council contemplated in section 2 of the Human Sciences Research Council Act, 2007;".
