15. Application for identity card

(1)Any person referred to in section 3 who has attained the age of 16 years shall in the prescribed form and within the prescribed period apply for an identity card.

 

(2)Two copies of the photograph referred to in section 9, and the fingerprints referred to in section 10, shall accompany the application made under this section.
