I, Dr. P.A. Motsoaledi, the Minister of Home Affairs, hereby, in terms of sections 19(4) and 27(b) of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No. 13 of 2002),  determine the following skills or qualifications to be critical for the Republic of South Africa in relation to an application for a critical skills work visa or permanent residence permit.
