Under section 24 of the Independent Police Investigative Directorate Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 15 of 2024), I hereby determine the date on which this signed Proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of this Act shall come into operation.
