58. Vacation of office of trustee

A trustee shall vacate his office

(a)if his estate is sequestrated under this Act; or
(b)if an order is issued under the law relating to mental disorders for his reception and detention in an institution, or if he is declared by a competent court to be incapable of managing his own affairs; or
(c)if he is convicted of any offence and sentenced to serve any terms of imprisonment without the option of a fine, or if he is convicted (whether in the Republic or elsewhere) of theft, fraud, forgery or uttering a forged document, or perjury.
