13. Fit and proper requirements for key persons and significant owners

(1) The Prudential Authority may prescribe fit and proper requirements for key persons and significant owners of an insurer or a controlling company.

 

(2) Key persons and significant owners must, at all times, comply with the prescribed fit and proper requirements.
