12. Reports and referrals to President’s Co-ordinating Council

1)A national intergovernmental forum established in terms of section 9 must report back to the President’s Co-ordinating Council on any matter referred to it by the Council.

 

2)The Cabinet member responsible for the functional area for which a national intergovernmental forum is established may in consultation with the President refer any matter discussed in the forum to the Council.
