22. Interprovincial forums

1)The Premiers of two or more provinces may establish an interprovincial forum to promote and facilitate intergovernmental relations between those provinces.

 

2)The composition, role and functioning of an interprovincial forum established in terms of subsection (1) must be determined by agreement between the participating provinces.
