International Arbitration Act, 2017 (Act No. 15 of 2017)

This Act, subject to the provisions of section 13 of the Protection of Investment Act, 2015 (Act No. 22 of 2015), binds public bodies and applies to any international commercial arbitration in terms of an arbitration agreement to which a public body is a party.
