(1) This part of the Agreement applies in the Western Cape Province specifically in Area A regarding the magisterial districts of Atlantis, Bellville, Cape Town, Goodwood, Kuils River, Malmesbury, Michells Plain, Paarl, Simon's Town, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand, Wellington, Worcester and Wynberg.
