12. Consolidation of Disputes

12.1SARPBAC or Commissioner, of their own accord or on application, may consolidate more than one dispute so that the disputes may be dealt with at the same dispute proceedings.

 

12.2Disputes will be consolidated if they are of a similar nature and/or originating from the same incident.
