37. Designated Agents

37.1One or more persons shall be appointed by the Council as agent(s) to assist in enforcing the terms of this Agreement.

 

37.2The Council may, in terms of Section 33 of the Act, request the Minister of Employment and Labour to appoint any person as a designated agent of the Council.

 

37.3A designated agent shall have the powers conferred on a commissioner by Section 142 of the Act, except the powers conferred by Section 142(1) (c) and (d).
