1.1As per the provisions of clause 1 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

1.2The terms of this agreement shall apply to all bargaining unit employees.

 

The bargaining unit being Patterson Grades A1 to B5 or any other remuneration system. The minimums shown in the tables below, sets the basis for all.
