26. Family Responsibility Leave

The definition and application of Family Responsibility Leave to be expanded to include the illness and hospitalisation of a spouse and parents.

 

26.1.in the event of sickness or hospitalisation of spouse or parents—
26.1.1satisfactory proof of sickness or hospitalisation in the form of written confirmation from the relevant doctor; and
26.1.2such leave being taken at or around the time of sickness and/or hospitalisation.
