As per the provisions of clause 26 of Part 1 of this Agreement.
The parties agree to improve the current Family Responsibility Leave provisions from four (5) days' pay per annum to five (5) days' per annum and such leave will be extended to cover hospitiisation and/or death of a spouse or life partner.
