3.1 As per the provisions of sub-clause 3.1 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

3.2 Every employer must pay each employee an increase and wage that is not less than the increase and wage set out below.

 

(1)Every employer must pay each employee an increase and wage that is not less than the increase and wage set out in this sub-clause and the table below. The parties agree to a 6% increase per month across the board with effect from the coming into operation of this agreement and 6% increase per month across the board with effect from 01 July 2023.

 

(2)With effect from the coming into operation of this Agreement the minimum monthly wage per grade applicable to employees.

3.3 As per the provisions of clause 3.3 of part 1 of this Agreement.

 

3.4Where existing wage rates at any company are greater than those specific in the table in clause 3.2, such wage rates shall continue to apply unless otherwise agreed through collective bargaining between the parties.
