49.1the employer must implement the required Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and comply with all OHS regulations in the workplace ;

 

49.2the employer will implement COVID-19 safety protocols as required by law;

 

49.3employers must provide the applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all employees as is required by law.
