49.1 | JOB PROTECTION FUND: All employees in the Bargaining Unit shall pay an amount of 25c per week. These contributions shall be forwarded monthly by the employer to the SACTWU Finance Department Job Protection Fund. |
49.2 | Load Shedding: all employees in the bargaining unit shall be paid at least 50 (fifty) percent of the load shedding hours per week that are lost. |
49.3 | Where employees are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19, during working hours they will be paid half their daily remuneration as compensation for time lost. |
