B. Remuneration

9. Temporary Employees

9.1 As per the provisions of sub-clause 9.1 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

9.2 As per the provisions of sub-clause 9.2 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

9.3 After six months, temporary employees shall be deemed to be permanent employees and their employment terms and conditions shall be adjusted accordingly. Any extension on this arrangement shall be agreement between the parties at plant level.
