B. Remuneration

9. Temporary Employees

9.1As per the provisions of sub-clause 9.1 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

9.2As per the provisions of sub-clause 9.2 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

9.3Temporary employees will be deemed to be permanent employees after 3 (three) months and their employment terms and conditions will be adjusted accordingly. Any extension of this Agreement will be by agreement between the parties at plant level.

 

9.4The number of temporary employees will at no stage exceed 10% of the total number of permanent employees at any company unless otherwise agreed between the parties at plant level.

 

9.5All temporary employees shall be covered by the closed shop agreement.
