2. Period of Operation of Agreement

2.1This Agreement shall come into operation on 1 January 2022 for parties and shall remain in force until as amended from time to time.

 

2.2This Agreement shall come into operation for non-parties on such date as may be decided upon by the Minister of Employment and Labour in terms of section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 and shall remain in force as amended from time to time.
