5. Job Titles, Grades, Minimum Hourly Rate

5.1The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the job titles set out in Annexure A, which specifies:

 

5.1.1The definition applicable to each job title.

 

5.1.2The various occupations within the trade which are encompassed within the job title.

 

5.1.3The peromnes grade range applicable to such job title.

 

5.1.4The minimum hourly rate applicable to such job title.

 

5.2Where an Employer's entry level hourly rate in respect of new Employees is greater than the minimum hourly rate specified in Annexure A, the Employer shall be entitled to maintain such entry level hourly rate without increase.
