(1) | A legible copy of this Agreement, in at least two official languages, must be kept by the employer at— |
(a) | the premises at which the employer's motor vehicles are normally parked; and |
(b) | the usual place for the payment of wages. |
(2) | The copies of this Agreement, referred to in subclause (1) must be readily accessible to employees. |
(3) | An employer must, at the employer's establishment, keep affixed in a conspicuous place readily accessible to employees, a notice specifying the day of the week, or, subject to the provisions of clause 31(2)(b), the day of the month, and the time and place at which wages will usually be paid. If wages are paid at more than one place, the notice must contain particulars of each place. |
