22B Training Fund of the Employers' Organisation

(1)Every employer shall, in respect of each establishment he owns or conducts, pay a monthly levy of R150.00 to the Council, which will be utilized by the employers' organisation towards the Employers Organisation's Training Scheme.

 

(2)The Council shall each month pay over to the employers' organisation all moneys paid to the Council in terms of subclause (1) above, less a collection fee which shall be determined from time to time by the Council on gross collections, which amount shall accrue to the general funds of the Council.
