33. Time and Wage Registers

33.1 Every employer shall in respect of each place where he conducts business, keep available for inspection, an up-todate record of the earnings paid to and the time worked by each of its employees to which this agreement applies. All entries shall be of a permanent nature and non-erasable.

 

33.2Every employer shall retain the completed record referred to in 33.1 for a period of three years subsequent to the date of the last entry in it.

 

33.3Every employer shall upon the commencement of employment of every employee, enter into the record referred to in clause 33.1—
33.3.1 the full first names, surname and identity number of the employee;
33.3.2 the class of his/her employment; and
33.3.3 the date of commencement of his/her employment.
