33.1 | Every employer shall in respect of each place where he conducts business, keep available for inspection, an up-todate record of the earnings paid to and the time worked by each of its employees to which this agreement applies. All entries shall be of a permanent nature and non-erasable. |
33.2 | Every employer shall retain the completed record referred to in 33.1 for a period of three years subsequent to the date of the last entry in it. |
33.3 | Every employer shall upon the commencement of employment of every employee, enter into the record referred to in clause 33.1— |
33.3.1 | the full first names, surname and identity number of the employee; |
33.3.2 | the class of his/her employment; and |
33.3.3 | the date of commencement of his/her employment. |
