16. Outwork

An employee, while such employee is in the employ of an employer engaged in the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry, excluding hourly employees and part time employees, shall not—

(a)Solicit or take orders for or undertake work in the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Health and Skincare Industry other than his employer;
(b)Engage in trading in salon requisites for sale, gain or reward; on his own account or on behalf of any person or from any other person other than his employer while such employee is in the employ of an employer, without the written permission of the employer.
