A trade union must be an association of employees. Indicators that a trade union is an association of employees are—
(a) | the establishment and effective functioning of branches; |
(b) | the holding of regular meetings of members; |
(c) | the election of shop stewards or other trade union representatives in workplaces; |
(d) | the election of members as office-bearers |
