1.Provisions relating to an application for exemption:

 

1.1Any person bound by this agreement may apply to the Independent Exemptions Committee of the Council for an exemption from any provision of this agreement.

 

1.2Any person affected by the Independent Exemptions Committee's decision on the application may lodge an appeal to the Independent Appeal Board.

 

1.3Applications for exemptions and/or appeals must be dealt with in terms of the Exemptions Collective Agreement.
