(1) | Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no employer shall employ any person under the age of 21 years, other than a journeyman, an apprentice in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended, or a trainee employed in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended, on any operation which forms part of any trade designated for the Motor Industry in terms of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998 as amended. |
(2) | No employer shall knowingly employ any person who is under 15 years of age. |
