2. Period of Operation of Agreement

2.1.This Agreement  shall apply to parties to the agreement from 1 May 2021 or from date of signature, whichever is the latest,  until 30 April 2026; and

 

2.2.This Agreement shall bind non-parties in terms of section 32 of the LRA as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour, and shall remain in force until 30 April 2026.
